How to comment on the Datchet Neighbourhood Plan

What you can comment on
RBWM conducted this second consultation, known as Regulation 16. Its purpose is to check that the proper process has been followed and that the DNP complies with relevant legislation and meets the ‘basic conditions’. The four basic conditions are as follows:
- have regard to national policy
- contribute to the achievement of sustainable development
- general conformity with the strategic policies in the development plan
- compatible with EU obligations.
How to comment
During the consultation period, comments could be made online, by email or by letter, preferably using the response form. (Response forms were available at the locations, above; on RBWM's consultation portal for online responses, below; or a Word version could be downloaded from the RBWM website.)
